I recently completed the amazing Happy Eating course hosted by Dan and Kit.
It was one of the best things I have recently spent my time and money on.
It was a great combination of Kit’s science based nutrition knowledge and the unbelievable skills in meditation that Dan possesses.
I have done a little bit of meditation before but Dan took it to a whole new level of calmness for me.
After the course I am now eating more mindfully and thinking more about my food choices and how they impact my mood.
I highly recommend this course and actually miss meeting up every Thursday with Kit and Dan and the others on the course
