I recently completed the amazing Happy Eating course hosted by Dan and Kit.

It was one of the best things I have recently spent my time and money on.

It was a great combination of Kit’s science based nutrition knowledge and the unbelievable skills in meditation that Dan possesses.

I have done a little bit of meditation before but Dan took it to a whole new level of calmness for me.

After the course I am now eating more mindfully and thinking more about my food choices and how they impact my mood.

I highly recommend this course and actually miss meeting up every Thursday with Kit and Dan and the others on the course

I really enjoyed this course. It reminded me of the benefits of meditation and generally taking a more mindful attitude to life.
All the nutritional guidance was really helpful and felt like a great foundation for a better way of eating, as opposed to any kind of fad diet.
I’d recommend this course as a way to press ‘reset’ on the way you think about eating.

The course was amazing! I have seen so many positive changes over the last couple of weeks. I am practicing both the formal and informal forms of meditation and mindfulness and I am so much happier, confident and calmer.
