Happy Eating is a 6 week group program that teaches you how to get healthy in a sustainable  way – use mindfulness in our food choices and nutritional decisions, without calorie counting, restricting, or missing out on our favorite foods.

Our program is PACKED with the best science-backed strategies and tools for building a healthier relationship with food and your body, one week at a time. 

  • In week 1, we get together as a group and discuss the oultine of the program, introduce ourselves and get started with firstly the development of mindfulness and some nutritional facts to start bring Happy-Eating to life.

  • In week 2,  Dan will take you on a journey into mindfulness & meditation. Mindfulness will help you to get in tune with your body’s hunger and fullness cues, helping you to notice patterns in your current eating habits that may be setting you up for emotional or mindless eating. We will look at the the mind and how to bring some awareness to what we are eating as well as giving out a simple Mindful Worksheet to bring the practise to life.

  • In week 3, Dan will help you begin to separate food and feelings. You’ll nurture a more compassionate approach to YOU, and begin to look at our negative thinking patterns.

  • In week 4 you’ll be working closely with Kit and looking at what is mindful eating, why we should practise, whats in real food & mindful bites
  • In week 5 Kit will be leading you through your mindful eating progress (arriving, awakening, tuning in, service), mindful portions.
  • In week 6, we bring it all together and continue to foster self-love and prepare to grow through inevitable future setbacks and bumps along the road.​
